新たなITが出現した際に、多くの企業から注目を集める場合がある。注目を集めたITは、広く企業に導入されるケースがある一方で、数年で消えてしまうケースもある。本研究では、IT統合時に「情報の粘着性」問題を誰が解決していくのかの観点から、IT普及を妨げる要因について仮説を提示する。
When new IT emerges, it may attract the attention of many companies. While IT that has attracted attention is widely introduced in enterprises, it may disappear in a few years. In this research, we present a hypothesis about the factors that hinder the spread of IT from the viewpoint of who will solve the "information stickiness" problem at the time of IT integration. - Keywords
