新型コロナウイルス感染対策により，多くの大学で対面授業の実施が難しい状況が発生している．インターンシップ科目も例外ではなく，当該科目では実習ができないなど，大きな影響を受けることとなった．そこで本研究では，コロナ禍において，対面の事前指導および実習ができない条件下のインターンシップが，学生の社会人基礎力自己評価および就労意識醸成に与えた影響を検討する．本研究の結果，実習のないインターンシッププログラムは学生の社会人基礎力自己評価向上に一定の効果を示したものの，実習を伴うプログラムには及ばなかったことが示された．他方，学生のポジティブな就労意識醸成には一定の効果があったことが示された．
During COVID-19 pandemic, many universities could not offer regular face-to-face classes for their students. Internships have been negatively affected by the current pandemic. Students could not experience the practical exercises at workplace. This study examines the effects that internships develop both students' self-evaluation of fundamental competencies for working persons and positive attitudes toward working during COVID-19 pandemic. This study reveals that internships with practical exercises have better effect for students' self-evaluation of fundamental competencies for working persons than the internships without practical exercises. However, internships without practical exercises have positive effects for developing the attitudes toward working. - Keywords
