本研究は DX銘柄企業、DX注目企業、攻めのIT経営銘柄の統合報告書などを分析し、重要な要因の関係を分析し、今後の調査の準備を行うことを目的としている。統合報告書を分析した結果、組織文化をどのように変革するかを明記した企業は限られていることが判明した。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrated reports of DX stock companies, DX attention companies, and aggressive IT management stocks, analyze the relationship between important factors, and prepare for future questionnaire surveys. As a result of analyzing the integrated reports, it turns out that only a limited number of companies have specified how to change their organizational culture. - Keywords
