なぜ、日本においてDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）が遅れているのかについて「比較制度分析」の観点から、組織構造・意思決定プロセス・人事制度などに焦点をあてて分析を行う。DXに関する議論は欧米企業を前提としたものが多いが、日本独特の制度的な背景を無視して日本企業にあてはめるのは困難である。日本経済が低迷している原因も含めて現在の日本企業の立ち位置を明らかにし、どのようにDX推進を行うべきかを提言する
This paper analyzes why Japan is lagging behind in DX (Digital Transformation) from the perspective of “Comparative Institutional Analysis", focusing on organizational structure, decision-making processes, and personnel systems. Discussions on DX are often based on Western companies, however, it is difficult to apply solutions to Japanese companies without ignoring the unique institutional background of Japan. We will clarify the current position of Japanese companies, including the causes of Japan's economic stagnation, and provide recommendations for promoting DX. - Keywords
