政府横断的DX推進組織が担う役割についての一考察

デジタル・ガバメント先進国である英国、豪州およびデンマークの3カ国における政府横断的DX推進組織の設立経緯、設立目的、政府内での位置づけ及び役割をデスクトップサーチ及び政府関係者へのインタビューを通じて分析し、共通点や差異を明らかにする。その上で、日本のデジタル庁との比較を通じて、日本の行政機関のDX推進組織に今後期待される役割について示唆を得ることを目的とする。
This study analyzes background, purpose, position and role of cross-governmental organizations for accelerating digital transformation (DX) in the three advanced digital government countries, UK, Australia and Denmark, through desktop search and interviews with government officials, and clarifies common points and differences. On that basis, the purpose of this study is to obtain suggestions on the expected role of DX acceleration organizations in Japanese government agencies through comparison with Digital Agency of Japan. - Keywords
