本稿では、デジタルトランスフォーメーションにおいて必要なスキルの研究の端緒として、起業家精神について調査する。CIO2名へのインタビュー調査の結果、起業家精神は重要とされているが、先んじて行動する傾向はあるものの、リスクをとることやイノベーションの推進に対しては消極的な姿勢が見られ、その結果をもとに今後の研究の論点を整理した。
To pave the way for researching skills for leaders of digital transformation, this paper researches entrepreneurship which is one of the required skills. By conducting interviews with two CIOs, entrepreneurship is considered as important, and proactive behavior is observed but risk taking and innovativeness are not so actively demonstrated. With the results, the future research opportunities are summarized. - Keywords
