城南信用金庫の経営研究（１）コミュニティ志向型組織と４つの“きょうどう”

研究では，コミュニティ志向型組織である城南信用金庫の事例について検討を行う。まず、分析枠組みとして、「共同(Community)・協同(Cooperation)・協働(Collaboration)・教導(Communication)」からなる「４つの“きょうどう”（４Ｃ）」を導出した。今後の研究では，３人の経営者たちの経営行動と組織の仕組みや運営のあり方について，枠組みに照らし合わせながら記述と分析をおこなっていく。導入部に位置する本稿（第１部）を含めて，本研究は全6部構成となる。
Shinkin Bank is a cooperative enterprise and non-profit organization. We develop the “4Cs" framework to examine cooperative organizations whose purpose is to contribute local communities. We will study about the community-oriented organization through the history of Johnan Shinkin Bank. - Keywords
