AI・IoTを活用したサービスの生産方法の提案

Abstract

近年、AIやIoTなどの新しいICT技術を適切にサービスシステム基盤に統合することが求められる。しかし、現在では、これらに対応した方法論が不十分なため、サービスの提供を始め、性能などの品質が確保できず、想像した価値を満足するサービス提供が困難となっている。そのため、開発プロセスの品質と生産性を向上させるプロダクトラインに基づくAI・IoTサービスの設計方法を確立することが喫緊の課題である。

In recent years, it is essential to integrate new ICT technologies such as AI and IoT into the service system infrastructure. However, at present, the methodologies corresponding to these technologies are insufficient, so it is difficult to secure the quality such as the provision of services, which lead to unsatisfying the imagined value. Therefore, it is an urgent task to establish a service design method that supports AI and IoT based on Product Line which improve the quality and productivity of development process.
