我が国農業縮小における野菜の生産と流通
本州4地方の農業経営体数減少と卸売市場値動向

Abstract

本州4地方の農業経営体数は2010年から2015年に8割台の減少をしており、1地方を除き全国値より減少幅大である。露地野菜と施設野菜が農産物販売金額一位の経営体数は各2と1を除き全国値より減少幅大である。野菜作付面積計は、全国で9割台の減少であり、当4地方はいずれも全国値より減幅大で1地方を除き8割台である。流通の公開統計集計として計19卸売市場数量の主要14野菜域内産地率について、のべ56中6件以外は減少し、1割台が15から21に増え、3％以上の減少が19件である。同価格について、全体にほぼ3割以外は上昇である。輸入野菜計数量は3％以下で趨勢著変ない。これらの状況の精査を試みる。

Agribusiness diminution in vegetables distribution is seen distinctively on case of Honshu four regions. There city population depends the daily fresh on less legacy farmers around who would likely concentrates other typical operational division. The census tells their multi-income operation so planting acreage ongoing decreased, the wholesale markets data does region inside production and its rate going lost in almost staple items. Import products there does not solve the decrease and price rise. I try to search on the case.
