背景メカニズムライブラリを活用したビジネスモデル設計方法の検討

Abstract

ビジネスイノベーションが求められている中，ビジネスモデル(以下BM)設計を支援するビジネスCADシステムが提案されている．しかしながら，それらは主にビジネス設計チームや利害関係者との合意形成の支援に留まり，意識にない副作用を扱えない．そこで，過去の経営事例を基に，副作用に繋がる背景メカニズムをシミュレーション可能な形でライブラリ化し活用することで副作用を警告する機能の実現が期待できると考えた．本稿では，(1)ライブラリ構築時に特定状況メカニズムの情報を追加，(2)ビジネスCADシステムを用いたBM設計時に，追加情報を用いて特定状況メカニズムを組込むことで副作用をユーザに警告する方法を提案する．

As business innovation has been more essential for any companies, business CAD systems which support business model design are proposed. These mainly support to make consensus among the business design team members/stakeholders, however cannot address harmful side-effects that are not aware by design team members. We are expecting that it is able to implement a feature to make alert against harmful side-effects, by building-up a library of business context mechanisms and employed them. In this article, we propose a method as follows: (1) adding information of specific case mechanism when building-up a library; (2) using added information to build-in the specific case mechanism in order to alert the potential side-effects, when designing business model by using CAD system.
