デジタル・トランスフォーメーション（DX）で再生した企業情報システム部門の事例研究

Abstract

近年、企業成長、競争力強化のために、新たなデジタル技術を活用してビジネスモデルを創出・柔軟に対応する「デジタル・トランスフォーメーション（DX）」の必要性が高まっている。一方、長年の改修による複雑化・ブラックボックス化した既存システムが足枷となり、経営改革・業務改革・システム改革が困難になっている。
本報告では、一企業における成功事例を元に、DXを実現し、請負構造的な情報システム部門から再生し、経営に貢献するイントレプレナー型情報システム部門に変革するための要件について考察を行う。

In recent years, there has been an increasing need for “Digital Transformation (DX)" that uses new digital technologies to create and flexibly support business models in order to enhance corporate growth and competitiveness. On the other hand, the existing system that has become complicated and black-boxed due to many years of renovation has become a foothold, making it difficult for management reform, business reform, and system reform.
In this report, we consider the requirements for transforming into an in-trepreneur-type information system department that realizes DX, regenerates from the contracted information system department, and contributes to management based on a successful case in one company.
