我が国農業縮小における米作の問題
作付維持的2地方の状況について

Abstract

我が国農業人口減少のもと米の作付面積と収穫量の減少がある。2018年産（7月から6月）は全国の青刈り含み約159万ヘクタール作付のうち主食用米は約138万ヘクタール、約737万トンの収穫を見込み、2018年6月末の前年産民間在庫は190万トンである。収穫量の7割は4つの地方で生産される。主食用米の2割ほどは非市場で消費流通するとされ3割ほどは広域流通に集荷される。地方地域の消費量確保が事業の関心になりやすい。域外向け量産は2地方のみで確保されている。上位4地方の大小2地方について、量と維持の2軸の状況を調べた。米作縮小に係る事態の理解を進めたい。

In our country farm decreasing is seen also in rice cultivation. In 2018 nation farms took 159 ten thousand hectares rice plant including green feed using, for staples 138 so to over 7 million ton rice grain produced piled on opening private stock 1.9 million ton. Rice grain is consumed rather inside farm districts while far cities one is supplied from a few areas in a few districts. I examine that case to discuss as for nation food sustainability.
