中小企業の資金調達分野のイノベーション動向と展望

Abstract

日本で2015年頃から注目されている金融のイノベーションであるFinTechは、当初個人向けのサービスが話題になっていた。ところが、最近では、むしろ法人向けのサービスのビジネス規模が大きいこともあり着目されている。本報告では、主として中小企業金融の分野でのオンライン融資や金融型クラウドファンディング等の資金調達分野のイノベーション動向を分析し、今後の発展可能性について考察する。

In FinTech, which is a financial innovation attracting attention in Japan around 2015, services for individuals were talked about at the beginning. However, recently, attention is paid because of the large business scale of services for corporations. In this report, mainly to analyze the online lending and financial crowdfunding innovation trends in the financing areas such as in the field of small and medium-sized business finance, to discuss the future development potential.
