The effects of inter-and intra-organizational knowledge sharing on efficient strategies for supply chain management

Abstract
Many prior researches had pointed out that inter-and intra-organizational knowledge sharing in a supply chain(SC) is an important key factor for improving the performance of supply chain management(SCM). But how knowledge sharing affects the process of making efficient SCM strategies has not been researched.

Many prior researches had pointed out that inter-and intra-organizational knowledge sharing in a supply chain(SC) is an important key factor for improving the performance of supply chain management(SCM). But how knowledge sharing affects the process of making efficient SCM strategies has not been researched. In this study, we focus on the analysis of how to make efficient SCM strategies after knowledge sharing by constructing and evaluating the system dynamics models for each strategy. And the comparison between different efficient SCM strategies not only indicates the importance of knowledge sharing on making efficient SCM strategies, but also clarifies the concrete effects of inter-and intra-organizational knowledge sharing on making efficient SCM strategies.
