グローバル化に対応した新たな情報処理教育の提案

Abstract

コンピュータの特にソフトウエア産業においては，海外で製造する体制は，大手企業を除いて，まだまだ普及半ばである。そのため，ソフトウエアは，日本国内での製造がほとんどで，新興国に比べ，国内の人件費が高いことから，コスト競争力が低いままに置かれており，製造も市場も日本国内に限られている状況から，世界がグローバル化に突き進む中，明るい未来が見えてこない。
　本研究は，このような状況を改善し，日本の得意分野であるICT産業のグローバル化を進めていくためには，特に大学におけるソフトウエアの開発教育の改善が必要と考え，その教育の内容および実践について提案するものである。

In the computer industry, especially in the software industry, the system to be manufactured abroad is still mid-popular except for major companies. For this reason, the software is mostly manufactured in Japan, the cost of domestic labor is higher than in emerging countries, so the cost competitiveness is left low, manufacturing and markets are limited in Japan From the situation that the world is going globalizing, a bright future will not be visible.
In this research, we think that improvement of software development education in universities is necessary especially to improve this situation and to advance the globalization of ICT industry which is Japan's specialty field, the content of that education And practice.
