Abstract	中小企業の女性活躍のための取組を進めている企業の事例報告は少ない。本研究会は関西地域でIT利活用と同時に企業女性活躍に積極的に進めている中小企業による女性活躍推進の事例報告を通して、中小企業で女性が活躍するための成功要因、課題、課題解決についての情報を共有する。本研究部会では、まず、数社の企業が女性活躍の事例を報告する。次に、報告者と研究部会参加者と、互いの取り組みから得られた気づきについて意見交換する。
	There are a few cases reported firms which promote women's participation in small and medium-size companies. This study group report the condition the small and medium-size firms promote women's participation as well as utilizing IT, and share success factors to promote women's participation, problems, and problem solving. Firstly several firms report about their case for promoting women's participation. Secondly exchange views on finding about their activities with presenters from firms and the participants of this study group.
