台湾企業におけるＲ＆Ｄエコシステムとナレッジフロー

| Abstract | 2000年代以降、PCや電子機器のODM等で頭角をあらわしてきた台湾企業群も、近年、その成長にかげりが見られ、踊り場にさしかかっていることが指摘されている。本稿では、台湾企業における研究開発を支えるエコシステムとナレッジフローの変遷について、知財データにもとづく分析を行う。民間セクタからの特許の出願件数の活発化とともに、中国メインランドの役割にも変化が生じつつあり、単なる製造拠点としてのみでなく、先端的なＲ＆Ｄ拠点としての重要性が増している。台湾における歴史的な技術移転の経緯も踏まえながら、R&D 戦略の変化の方向性について検討する。 |

| EMS firms in Taiwan achived remarkable growth in 2000's, however, they are now confronting slowdown due to the structual change of markets. In this presentation, we analyze the growth and change of R&D ecosystem and knowledge flows concerning Taiwanese firms based on patent data. We show that China mainland has a great importance not only as manufacturing hubs but also as R&D centers of cutting edge technology. | |
