新たな企業誘致における必要条件の仮説導出
徳島県神山町を軸にした比較事例研究

| Abstract | 徳島県は近年より光ファイバー網の県内全域完備という特徴を活かし、県全体を挙げて新たな型の企業誘致、具体的にはサテライトオフィスの誘致を積極的に進めている。我が国の過去の一般的な企業誘致は資金や所得の地域内循環が進まなかったため、安価な労働力が海外にて充分に醸成され、企業が海外へ進出し始めた途端に瓦解していった。本研究では同県にて企業誘致のモデル事例と見なされている神山町の事例を軸に、同時期に県内で多角的に発生した2種の事例、徳島県三好市、及び美波町を取り上げ、比較事例研究における一致法を採用し、持続性の観点から昨今の企業誘致に関する必要条件の仮説導出を試みる。 |

| Tokushima Prefectural Government has made use of its unique selling point; the complete fiber optic infrstracture, to attract businesses in a new way, attracting satellite offices.In this research, with focusing on Kamiyama-cho known as one of the most successful case in Tokushima lately, I compared Kamiyama-cho with other two successful cases in Tokushima; Miyoshi City and Minami-cho, that occurred around the same time as Kamiyama-cho to find common key success factors in order to generate a hypothesis on prerequisite for attracting businesses today. | |
