Abstract	2012年12月の政権再交代後、引き続き社会保障の全世代対応と利用者負担増が進められている。域内小規模事業所がヒューマンサービスの需要に対応する。事業の採算性は乏しいが起業は引き続いており、一般に拠点の存続は兼業労働に依存する。福島県の兼業の主軸は農業である。ｗ市のこれらの公開データを検討し、農業兼業の意味について既存論考を参照し考察を試みる。
	Since December in 2012 the national government has taken social welfare system to enlarge and add charge by previous political power sill toughly. Local small business bear service demands to earn less as to plural workers with side jobs. Agriculture is known to this part to come up many views on data available. I try to see local facts and those meaning.
