大学組織の特徴を考慮した産学連携活動におけるICTツールの効果判定方法の試案

| Abstract | 本研究はICT管理を念頭に置きつつ、大学の産学連携活動におけるICTツールの検討において、産学連携の特殊性を考慮した効果判定方法を試案したものである。具体的には、 まず 教員が産学連携活動の主役である点を踏まえて、産学連携機関と教員との情報コミュニケーションに着目する。さらに、企業と違った組織的特徴をもつ大学では、教員への業務命令等による制約・強制力が弱いと共に、教員の産学連携認識に個人差が生じているため、産学連携活動に積極的あるいは消極的な教員がいる現状も主要な考慮点とする。そして、こうした積極性の差とICTツールの対応性を相関させることから、大学産学連携に特化したICTツールの効果判定モデルを考案した。 |

| Along with the philosophy of ICT management, in this study we gave a trial of constructing an evaluation model on university's use of ICT tools, especially targeted on the information and communication (IC) in industrial collaboration activities. Since academic staff play key role in such activities, the study firstly focuses on the IC among central collaboration management office and academic staff. Furthermore, concerning university's organizational differences from general company, the factors such as academic staff's weak obligation and differentiated understanding as well as motivation toward industrial collaboration are mainly considered. Finally, by correlating academic staff's motivations on IC and how the used ICT tools handle these situations, we established a tentative evaluation model on ICT tools performance. | |
