情報システムユーザースキル標準（ＵＩＳＳ）を活用したＩＴ技術者のキャリアパス設計の一考察

| Abstract | 企業のIT部門の人材育成を支援するスキル標準の一つにUISSがある．UISSの導入に際しては，人材像やキャリアパスの設計で参考となるモデルが欠かせない．そこでUISSを基本としたIT人材のキャリアパスモデルの作成を試みた．具体的には，テキストマイニングを用いて，UISSの機能役割定義にあるスキル・知識項目と職種の記述の関連性を解析した．その結果をもとに，各人材に求められるスキル・知識の類似性からキャリアパスモデルを検討し， IT人材のキャリアパス設計に活用できる可能性を明らかにした． |

| UISS is a skill standard which is referenced by human resources management section for planning personal training programs in IT department. When one decides to introduce UISS, it is necessary to find the idealistic models for designing skill images and career path. In this study, we tried to make the IT professionals' career path model from UISS. We analyzed the relationship between job description and skills appeared in the UISS functional role definition by applying text mining. As a result, we presented possibility to construct the career path model by analyzing the similarity between the knowledge and skills written in UISS. This will lead to build idealistic IT professionals' career path design. | |
