グリーンサプライチェーンマネジメントにおける企業間連携と情報共有

Abstract グリーンサプライチェーンマネジメント（GSCM）は、製品やサービスのライフサイクル全体を通じた環境負荷の低減や環境の保全に関する企業間連携の取り組みである。しかしながら、GSCMの実施が環境および経済パフォーマンスに対してどのような効果を持つのかについては議論が分かれている。本研究では、まず、REACH規則などの化学物質規制への対応や温室効果ガスの排出量削減など、企業が直面している現下の課題について概観・整理する。そして、われわれが国内製造業に対して実施した質問票調査にもとづいて、GSCMに関する企業間での具体的な取り組みや、企業間情報ネットワークの役割、環境および経済パフォーマンスとの関連などについて分析する。
Green supply chain management (GSCM) is an inter-firm collaborative initiative concerning environmental load reduction throughout the entire life cycle of a product/service. Along with the pursuit of economic efficiency throughout the entire supply chain, GSCM also seeks to achieve environmental performance. However, the effects of GSCM on environmental and economic performance are not clear in both academically and managerially. This paper surveys the current state and issues in GSCM. Then, using empirical data from manufacturing firms in Japan, we analyze the status of various inter-firm cooperation activities in GSCM and examine the relationships between GSCM practice, information network among firms, and corporate performance.
