ネット化、デジタル化を背景とする産業のモジュール化の進展により、産業構造が従来の「バリューチェーン型」から、「レイヤー型」へと変化している。本稿では、レイヤー型の産業構造はバリューチェーン型の構造とは異なり、戦略課題も異なることを示す。 産業構造の変化により、得意としてきたバリューチェーン統合戦略が通用しなくなり、国際競争力が低下する日本企業に「レイヤー戦略」が求められている。 |

| The progress of industrial modularization caused by digitalization changes the industrial structure from "Value chain model" to "Layer model".
